For local shops

Stop losing business on calls that happen after 6pm.

They call. Voicemail. They hire the next shop.

Nineteen minutes to lose the job.

Nothing broke. Nobody made a mistake. The phone did exactly what it was set up to do.

14 hrs

before the shop owner knew it had happened.

Call your own shop tonight at 8. Listen to what a customer hears.

Takes thirty seconds. You’ll know right away whether this is you — and if somebody picks up, you don’t need me.

This is for you if
  • You pay for Google or Facebook ads
  • Nobody’s answering after 6
  • You still want those jobs
Not for you if
  • You already answer after 6 and book the work
The only number that matters

What’s one job worth to you?

Every other site in this business will show you a statistic. I don’t know your shop. You do.

Take what you spend on ads in a month. Then count the calls that came in after 6 and never got called back.

That’s the number. Not mine.

How it works

This isn’t software.

There’s nothing to install. It’s 90 minutes with me, going through what happens to your calls after 6, telling you where the jobs are going.

Step 01

15 minutes. We check whether after-hours calls are actually being missed.

Step 02

If they are: 90 minutes, $497. You pick the time on that first call.

You leave with what’s going wrong, what to fix first, and a written list.

If you want it built, that’s a later conversation.

What you get

$497 · 90 minutes

In 90 minutes I tell you what’s going wrong after 6, and what to fix first.

A written list you can keep

You hear what’s going wrong on the call. The written list lands in your inbox that day.

We figure it out on the call. We don’t install anything that day.

If I can’t show you a real after-hours problem, you don’t pay.

Straight answers

Why this isn’t free.

The 15 minutes costs nothing because I need to find out whether you actually have a problem. The 90 minutes costs $497 because that part is real work — and because you are not paying to hear a pitch.

Is this a sales call for something bigger?

The 90 minutes is the whole thing. You get the list and you can hand it to anyone. If you’d rather have help with the work afterward, you can ask. That’s not what the call is for.

Can’t I work this out myself?

Some of it, yes. Start by calling your own shop tonight. What’s harder is seeing the parts that look fine from the inside.

What about an answering service?

They take a message. A message is not a job.
